The determination of the amount of the fine shall be made following an opinion of the three-member committee of the Municipality, as referred to in Article 14.

The charge/penalty for late bike return is triggered when the 24 hour period is completed
The damage charge/penalty becomes due upon the occurrence of the incident
Especially in the case of Bike damage, the cost attributed to the User, with the above procedure, results from the respective documents for the repair of the damage and the evidence that the damage occurred while the Bike was rented by the User.
